6:15 PM – A musical programme by songwriter and performer Algimantas Butnorius, accompanied on guitar by Darius Gudvalis.
6:50 PM – A literary‑musical composition "Under Our Sky" by the Kelmė Small Theatre.
7:30 PM – Presentation of an exhibition featuring works by the renowned Lithuanian painter and graphic artist Antanas Žmuidzinavičius (1876–1966). The exhibition showcases paintings from the collections of the Antanas Žmuidzinavičius Museum.
8:00 PM – Greeting address by the leaders of the Kelmė District Municipality.
8:10 PM – Concert programme by singer Rūta Ščiogolevaitė.
9:00 PM – The National Anthem (Tautiška giesmė) inviting everyone to unite.
