Baltic Manors Festival event at Rietavas Manor
During the Baltic Manor Festival – “Rietavas Summer Performances 2026” 6 July 2026, 3:00 PM
3:00–3:15 PM – Symbolic wheel rolling – opening of the festival. Participants: Rietavas Culture Centre folklore ensemble “Kadaginis.”
3:15–4:15 PM – Performance by the amateur troupe of the Telšiai Žemaitė Drama Theatre based on the play “Velnias spąstuose” (“The Devil in the Trap”) by G. Petkevičaitė-Bitė and Žemaitė (director Donatas Žilinskas).
7:45–8:45 PM – Performance by the Rietavas Culture Centre theatre “Ruoda” based on V. Bladykaitė’s work “Nuoma ir trys kiaušiniai” (“Rent and Three Eggs”) (director Vincas Andriuška).
8:45–8:59 PM – Singing together with the Rietavas Culture Centre women’s choir “Jūrava” (conductor Vytautė Jonuškienė, accompanist Rita Bezubenko) and the Rietavas TAU ensemble “Rieveda” (leader Kristina Katauskienė).
9:00 PM – Singing of the Lithuanian national anthem together with Lithuanians around the world.
